About

Sheri Davidson + Finn

Deeply passionate about health and wellness, Sheri Davidson has made it her mission to support others along their journeys, guiding them toward a strong sense of well-being through the range of services. She has accrued her skills over a career that has spanned two decades, building her reputation on the careful attention and gentle care that she provides her clients.

Sheri is a licensed acupuncturist and currently serves on the Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners. She completed the Integrative Health Coaching Program at Duke Integrative Medicine for a more well-rounded and holistic approach. She is also a co-host of the Health + Dwellness Podcast and founder and owner of Element 5, Acupuncture + Wellness, a boutique-styled clinic nestled in the quaint Rice Village District of Houston TX. A friendly and neighborly area was selected for its soothing and inviting atmosphere. There Sheri fosters a calming and cutting-edge environment, combining ancient traditional wisdom with a firm grasp of the latest concepts of health and wellness.

Although Sheri has spent the last nineteen years immersed in acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, she has kept up to date with all the latest theories and methods in health and fitness science, pushing herself athletically and staying active in her free time. Her favorite activities are trail running with her dog Finn, ultrarunning, triathlons, and San Sho / Muay Thai kickboxing. She kickboxed for 16 years, and has completed Ironman Texas 140.2, six half Ironman 70.3, plus six ultramarathons.

As a health coach, Sheri emphasizes the value of wellness and the power of an active lifestyle. When Sheri is not exercising or working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, adventures, exploring uniques and beautiful places, and spending time with her most loyal companion - Finn.

Her philosophy revolves around her own on-the-go lifestyle, and she sees all of the work that she does – from acupuncture to ultra-marathons – as contributing both to her overall happiness and overall strength. Day after day, she wakes up ready to strive for greatness, looking inside herself for motivation, and she is enthusiastic about training others to do the same, equipping her clients with the tools they need to thrive.
