I'm your host, Sheri Davidson, also known as the wellness guru. I'm a licensed acupuncturist, wellness coach, athlete, entrepreneur, traveler, animal lover, and former interior designer. I'm also a co host of the Health + Dwellness Podcast, and founder and owner of Element 5 Acupuncture + Wellness, A boutique-style clinic nestled in the quaint rice village district of Houston, Texas.
